Dallow Stars Pre-school is an OFSTED registered childcare provider since May 2017. We
are located in The Dallow Centre and offer high quality childcare and learning for local
children. We have created a safe and stimulating environment to ensure children of all
faiths can access early education and have an amazing time learning through play.
We offer sessional care and learning for 38 weeks a year from 8:30am to 3:00pm. We offer
FREE 15 hours for funded 2-year-olds and FREE 15 hours for all 3 to 4year-olds in Luton
and FREE 30 hours. All our staff are fully qualified and have many years’ experiences in
delivering childcare and helping children learn and develop.
We have dedicated learning areas in the centre, with a colourful range of modern facilities
and outdoor play.
The nursery is open to children of all faiths, ethnic and cultural backgrounds. We recognise
that the key to good quality childcare and early education is the quality, qualifications, and
ratios of staff. All of the staff at Dallow Stars are either fully qualified or in training with the
full support of senior staff.
In addition, all staff are offered, as part of their professional development, further training opportunities with us. All our staff are DBS cleared and safe to work with children. Staff at Dallow Stars are committed, caring and confident.
We have high standards for safety, comfort and learning for your child. Our building
provides both dedicated rooms and shared areas, that are full of natural light and
space. We have invested tens of thousands of pounds in fully resourcing the pre-school, to
ensure we created stimulating learning environment.
Our outdoor space is safe and designed to ensure children have access to natural play. We
have access to an Astro-turf area which will ensure children can play all year round.
Being based in a community centre ensures we have strong links to the local community
and can sign post our families to local activities and services.
