The Dallow Learning Community Centre officially opened its doors to the public on 21st September 2003. The centre was built with contributions from LBC, SRB, EEDA and the Luton & Dunstable Partnership at a cost of £1.3million. DLCC was primarily built to serve the 14000 people living in the Dallow Ward.
Broadcasted Live From Dallow Learning Community Centre
We had the privilege to host BBC Radio 4's 'Any Questions' which is usually broadcast from locations all around the UK. This was a very high profile and prestigious event for Luton (especially in the run up to the 2012 Olympics and Luton's involvement in them) and especially for us here at the Dallow Development Trust, which is based at our premises at Dallow Learning Community Centre. ![]()

Achieving Potential
‘Each of us has much more hidden inside us than we have had a chance to explore. Unless we create an environment that enables us to discover the limits of our potential – we will never know what we have inside us’
Contemporary Bangladeshi Economist & Founder of Grameen Bank, Bangladesh
To release the potential of the diverse communities in Dallow and Luton, we will work together proactively and co-operatively with partners. We will facilitate economic, social and environmental regeneration of the area.
In order to achieve our aim, we set ourselves the following:-
1. A VISION
2. A TASK
3. A BETTER DALLOW
